Need guidance from experts

I am new to php , i know fully basics of php fundamentals and completed 2 projects too with it , then i learned the basic of mysql

my life goal is to perfect in laravel and core php.

i started lesson php practitioner but to be honest after PDO and further MVC and creating a type of framework that is really hard for me to understand but still i know what is going on what is the purpose and what is the usage of these things ,

Now kindly suggest me should i start learning laravel and build small apps and keep learning laravel now or give more time to MVC and OOP??
