Minimum and Maximum labels on chart.js half dougnuts

I created a half doughnut chart using the chart.js library. But, I could not place a label at the bottom of the chart. And also need to set min and max labels on a chart. Do you have any suggestions how to do with chart.js? Thanks in advance :)
