How to use Vue 3 Theme in Laravel 9

I have theme from themeforest design with vuejs, pinia, vitejs etc and i am beginner right now i have seen the vue js series and i can able to use the theme in laravel but the css is not working i know its because i don;t know the cors behind it .. so i am curiour how can i structure it in laravel app
