Guide: how to support user custom domains in Laravel (with example repo)

What do I mean by 'user custom domains'?

When a user wants to connect their own domain like theuser.com to your app and have it load up their blog/storefront/whatever that your app provides.

I couldn't really find something this clear and up to date somewhere else, hope it's helpful!
