Can't watch Episode 31 of Laravel 6 from scratch

Hello, I am currently watching the Laravel 6 From Scratch but I cannot watch the following episode:

The video loading gets stuck, and on investigation I got to the following message at vimeo:

Sorry
Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.

Not sure if that is the problem, but every other video plays fine.

it's working fine here even not sign in.... maybe try again later...

Level 1

If I try to play that episode specifically it will keep on loading and never starts, but if I skip the first 10 seconds it loads and plays fine then.

If I try to watch the first few seconds, the video keeps pausing and playing like 1 fps

Not sure why that happens, but I managed to watch it after skipping the beginning, thanks.

@jvlppm try different browser maybe? It works fine for me from the beginning.

Try an incognito tab to check if it is your browser session that is the issue
