The fact is that there is a small problem on the website in the section about Sanctum and setting up the SPA when working with it. In the section "CSRF Protection" it is written that after a request to the server and receiving the CSRF-TOKEN value, it must be sent with each subsequent request in the request header. But it does not specify that the last three characters (%..) do not need to be copied and sent. This was a big problem for me, I couldn't figure out what the problem was for a long time, I was testing my API through postman (of course, everything was fine with axios, since it sends the header itself).
