webhooks cashier not work

Hello, I don't understand how the webhook cashier works. As a new user on my project, I don't have a stripe_id. I go to the pricing table generated by Stripe, choose an plan and then pay. On the Stripe side, a client is created and a subscription is started. Stripe then generates requests to my project via the url /stripe/webhook When I receive a webhook from Stripe, isn't Cashier supposed to update the user with his stripe id and create an entry in the subscriptions table?
