On Laravel 8.12 when I run Valet Share I get this message:
You must signup for ngrok and add your authtoken to perform this operation.

I've never needed to do this before. However I went and signed up and got my auth token, but what am I supposed to do with it? The Ngrok.yml file that google keeps telling me to add it to doesn't exist.
I followed the instructions on https://dashboard.ngrok.com/get-started/setup. Downloaded the software (mac in my case) which then gave an ngrok executable. I then ran the line
./ngrok authtoken 20xPTk....
in the directory where I'd extracted the executable to and this solved my problem.
