using laravel can we build desktop application(exe file)

currently, I am working on a project building a web application the and my client wants a desktop application ....using laravel can we build a desktop application

If you want an exe file, I suggest c#, in Visual Studio Community edition you can make this type of desktop app. But just suggestion.

For desktop only, another choice (but no exe) is LibreOffice base. Again, just suggestions. I have done Libreoffice apps for some clients.
