Updating Kernel.php to change Scheduler item but it appears to still be running the previous one.

I updated my Kernel.php file to change a cron:log command to run hourly instead of every minute.

But it is still logging every minute.

Has anyone else seen changes to the Kernel.php not changing what Scheduler is running?
