Should i resume Php? if yes then from where?

Hi, This may be a bit long thread to read but i really appreciate if you read it and help me. I was junior Php developer in an organization 2 years ago, it was my 1st job so i made many mistakes and i didn't gainthe skills which i should have, they just put me to replicate custom made backend pages which were made on core php and change websites ads from the article pages. well organization went bankrupt and i lost my job since then i have given dozens of interviews but everybody has told me same thing that i have 2 years experience on paper but my skill set is not at that level. i really want to be a php developer but i always loose my path. i can work on core php but i lack confidence in skill set, and i think i need to learn the basics again and fully. i have never worked on frameworks, which is big setback for me. can anybody help me with a learning path from basic to professional so i can strictly follow that path and resume applying for php developer job.
