Hi, I usually only work with Laravel but I've been tasked a landing page at work and I have the html/tailwind part however I'm really at a loss on how to get it running on my local environment. I use wsl on my computer with Laradock, how can I get a simple html landing page to work?
I have my links in the hosts file. And I have a project folder that for the moment only has an index.html file to test that it works.

When I go to my url I see 404 not found, what did I miss?
My idea is to make a simple landing page that has a simple php backend where I can send an email with an attachment, I found this example for a html page with php form, is this is good way to do this so I can use this as an example? https://github.com/ozhala/landing-page-example-free-php/blob/master/index.html
Firstly, I would use Laravel if I need a PHP task even it's very basic and simple.
For your HTML page, if you're using tailwind and want to the full potential of it, you need a build tool. I suggest Vite.
