What is Laravel Filemanager - are you referring to some package? Could you explain what this security flaw is?

Security flaw in the Laravel Filemanager
Hackers were able to upload harmful files to our Laravel application. After doing a study, we discovered a vulnerability in the Laravel filemanager. The patches discovered did not address the issue.
Does anybody know of a solution to this security problem?
