Recurring Payments / PayPal

Well this is my problem. Need recurring payments for my app. So, my life would be really easy if I could use Stripe but it is not supported in my county. For that reason only solution is PayPal. I'm pretty new in all of this and having hard time finding instructions for recurring payments. If understood correctly Omnipay does not support recurring payments. I have integrated Omnipay, Rest Api Sdk for Php cart, just to get somehow familiar with PayPal. But what I really need is recurring payment that are stored in database. Unfortunately there is no tutorial for that.. Watched Billing With Stripe tutorials, and they are amazing. Just what I need for my app, and for PayPal can't find nothing like that. Any suggestions how to make this work, or some tutorial, anything like this? Thanks!
