Recommend Hosting free for Laravel

I am just starting with backend and now I wanna testing my project to the server but I need to learn how to deploy the project for free first anyone please recommended hosting for free

First of all, hosting is never free. There are a few things you always have to pay for:

Hosting
Domain name
SSL Cerfiticate (optional)

For pricing it's approximately €10/month.
