@shahidhsalarzai Contact your mobile network provider to see if they have an API. But I’m going to say with 90% certainty they’re not going to let you do that.

Hello #developers I want to add code into my php website to send sms to customers. but i want to send these sms from my mobile connected to my laptop. actually the sms charges should be paid by my mobile sim. is it possible in web application. #php #smsapi #softwareengineering #webdevelopment

- vonage https://www.vonage.co.uk/developer-center/?icmp=mainnav_developers_novalue#APIs
- twillio https://www.twilio.com/sms
you won't be able to hook an external web application up to a local phone and send off a sim.
