Laravel, PHP, and IIS 7.5, oh my

Good day,

I'm working a 404 page not found issue with a site built using Laravel and IIS 7.5.

I'm not a Laravel or PHP developer, but I've been tasks to find and fix an issue.

We have a Laravel site which displays the home page, but the site sub pages throw a 404 error.

I can reboot our server and the sub pages works great for about 30 minutes, and then again throw 404 errors.

Can someone please tell me what the issue could be and a solution to fixing it?

This is what I have in the .htaccess file. Is there an example of what it should be that I can reference?

Options -MultiViews RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^ index.php [L]

You have support for htaccess files in IIS? IIS doesn't natively use .htaccess files.

You will need to convert them to web.config or use this to do it for you: http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite

Looks like it supports mod_rewrite 100% not bad. I'm not familiar with it but if it ends up not working, take a look at this http://www.laravel-tricks.com/tricks/laravel-41-in-windows-server-iis
