Laravel Certificate voucher redemption problem

@hupp I have read that announcement but my company still need this certification even it is no longer official so I still need to redeem that voucher because I have paid the money but still no response for now. Hope that's a way to contact Laravel Certification Organization to redeem my voucher or pay my money back!!

#After I purchase the voucher, do I have to take the exam immediately?
No, once you receive your voucher you’ll be able to take the exam at any time within 3 months. However, once the exam begins you will need to complete it within the allotted time.

#Can I get a refund?
If you haven’t used your voucher, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Keep in mind that there may be fees charged by the payment provider.

We only offer refunds to those who have purchased our products, not to registered candidates. Please send us an e-mail with a request for a refund and include:

Date of purchase
Invoice number
Purchaser name
Purchaser e-mail

if still you didn't get any response from [email protected] than you can raise issue with payment provider that you have used while purchase may be they can help you to your concern.
