The videos here are are hosted on Vimeo (correct me if im wrong). Depending on the amount of videos you will have in your app, you should consider hosting your videos elsewhere to save bandwidth and storage space. :)

How to make a video uploaded by the user cross browser?
I am working on a Laravel app. Somewhere in the app users can upload videos and then this video will be hosted on the website. The users will only upload one type of file (mp4 or ogg etc.) How can I play this video in all browsers? Do I NEED to convert this file in the backend. But this really takes some time. Is there a better solution. How was Laracasts made? How are Jeffrey's videos cross browser? Help me.
