How to enable Navicat MySql Profile on Homestead?

In Navicat when I connect to a live server of mine (shared hosting) and make a SQL query the Profile tab will display useful profiling data.

However, I replicated my database on homestead and when I make the same query on that I get no profile results.

I've been trying to figure out how to enable this. I've looked around in Navicat and I can't find anything. I'm guessing this is a mysql/server config perhaps? Any ideas on how to allow Navicat to display Profile data for queries?
