Do you already have an account on some server, and if so, it is sftp/ssh or just plain ftp?

How to deploy Laravel 5.1 project on production server?
I have a Laravel 5.1 website on my local server and I run it from localhost:8000 on local server, but don't know how to deploy it on the remote server. any help (I developed it on windows on WampServer). thanks
