How Can You Use The New Starter Packs Via Curl?
I'm not actually sure how to add onto the title other than giving a little background. I develop Laravel in wsl2 and create projects via curl, then add the starter pack in after opening the project but now I'm not sure how to work with the new starter packs in my workflow.

@Tray2 My assumption was that curl downloads composer local to the sail project.
