Found 2 domains hosted on the same web server

I try checking my website at http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/ and I got the Found 2 domains hosted on the same web serve. The another one is not my own. But when I go to that website it's same with my website. I can remove that website? I use digital ocean for hosting.

It just goes off the IP. If someone else hosted a domain on that IP, some sites (like that one) will of cached the history etc.

You'll need to speak to them but I doubt they will remove it. That's another reason I wouldn't use a service like DO for a website. You don't know what kind of spam/abuse has come from it.
