Error after php artisan config:cache

Got this error message after running php artisan config:cache I'm using homestead , vagrant, any idea what to do with this error?

InvalidArgumentException in FileViewFinder.php line 137:
View [welcome] not found.

Try running

php artisan config:clear

is view welcome has extension .blade.php?
