I want to create an e-commerce plateform, I have 2 type of clients:
"A" => put products "B" => customers buy the products
Something like Ebay, Amazon.
When "A" has more than let say $50, he can withdraw to his bank via the plateform, I think PayPal it's the best choice, which package will be easy to do this ?

@kossa You could also take a look at Stripe Connect. It's built exactly for this purpose, marketplaces and multi-party payments, etc.
From a quick look at paypal (and braintree's) marketplace offering, they do have one potential problem. Everyone involved must be domiciled in the United States. If that is not a problem for your business, then go ahead and proceed, otherwise I'd definitely recommend looking into Stripe Connect, it will work in every country Stripe is located in.
Really I want to use Stripe, but it does not support Algeria :(

@kossa Ah ic, yup that would be a problem. Well then seems like you are stuck with Paypal's Payouts and MassPay APIs.
I didn't find too many packages for MassPay specifically. You might need to create your own or just work directly with their own SDK. It's not gonna be fun either way working with SOAP/NVP.
I think it's the best solution, is not technical problem, I can create my own package
