Deploy Laravel project shared hosting

Hey!

I was wondering, if I had made a Laravel project could I put it online using a shared host? Something like 000webhost, when I wouldn't have any capabilities besides uploading, so no shell even. Would just uploading the whole Laravel project-folder be enough to make it work?

Thanks!

If you do not like having all files in 'root' directory, beneficial says http://buyessay.info would be to put them in their own directory that's still in the root directory and then edit the paths if needed.

It is possible, but like @jlrdw stated, It would not be recommended or even really considered. There are youtube videos of guys doing it, and It is not really that hard to laravel new laravel on your root well public folder of your shared hosting account, but why would you do such a thing.

Make the effort and consider a vps like digital ocean. The thing is getting your site online means a bit of server stuff that can get you knee deep in frustration, best you do some research first and try to get a vps to your disposal.
