Deploy laravel multi component app

Hello! Could you please let me know how to deploy a laravel app with multi component (using inertia, livewire, fortify and jetstream in the same app) to heroku or azure or aws? With and without docker preferred? My app is running perfectly on local machine but when my colleague is trying to clone from github my repo it fails to run on his PC as on my local dev environment even after he is installing all components. Can you guide me what is the easiest and safest way to deploy the app to production and how? I would really appreciate a step by step guide. Thank you!
