CPU and RAM don't change in Laravel Pulse

I have a virtual server on Hetzner and Laravel Pulse always displays the same CPU and RAM load with no changes for many days. I'm pretty sure it's wrong but have no idea what caused this effect. Any ideas on what's wrong here?

php artisan pulse:check is on.
