What is the matter with my server environment ?

If I ignore suggestions, installed Laravel 5 is shown only white page to me. Nothing to work well.

Should I install these suggested packages passively?

Someone give me a hand to solve this problem.

It is safe to ignore the recommendations. They're optional, unless you plan on using those packages explicitly.

You're likely getting the white screen for other reasons. Did you check the permissions of your storage directory? Check your log files? Start there.
