Changing hosted files

Hi, I have just uploaded my laravel on a webhost and then in my localhost i generated css again by elexir (.version) command and i uploaded it to the webhost but the problem is the attached css file is not changed in head. the code that i used in view is : <link rel="stylesheet" href="{{ elixir("css/mystyles.css") }}"> and in browsers it has the old css value in href. also manifest file is updated but still i have the problem. How can I fix this? Is there any file more than build folder to upload after changes? Thank you
