Cashier or Spark: Installment Plan / Variable Invoice

Does Cashier/Spark have the ability (programmatically or otherwise) to set up "Installment Plans" or a type of variable, short lived subscription invoice system? This would be Stripe based.

Here's my scenario: My client wants to do a sort of dues billing system where his members can sign up for one of three "payment plans":

• Option 1: A pay in full plan
• Option 2: 1st payment due by October 1st $280, and 2nd payment due by Nov 1st $320
• Option 3: 1st payment due by October 1st $280, 2nd payment due by November 1st $165, 3rd payment due by December 1st $155

I'm kind of thinking that the Stripe webhook after the initial payment is applied can change the value of the subscription but I'm not sure that's an option.
