Cartalyst vanished from github
Just pushed an update and found my build pipeline failing,
Failed to download cartalyst/collections from dist:
The "https://api.github.com/repos/cartalyst/collections/zipball/2b39755c52cb69e9ac4014891d857629f682da90" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)
Checked the repo link and some other cartalyst packages we use (eg sentinel and stripe) and they all 404.
Even https://github.com/cartalyst is 404
Does anyone have any insight as to why all these have disappeared and whether it is likely to be temporary or permanent?
If permanent then guess I won't be alone in needing a replacement, will wait until confirmed either way then may look to setup a mirror, BSD- 3-clause license looks permissive for this. Would buy time to implement alternative packages at least.

Have done, seems like (hopefully) temporary issue.
We're having an incident with Github and hope to be back up soon.

This sucks, we've got a few projects in house that use Sentinel. Perhaps they should have setup a Patreon.
