Can you make sure for paid customers all questions are answered?

Do you have any administrator monitor all questions on each chapters are answered? Especially for paid customers? I am followwing "Build Shopify Apps With Laravel" but the instructor seems don't care about once as long as he received the payment Is all courses the same? Please let me know.

I just want to make sure all instructors do the same when people ask the question to the videos they create

@Shinya Koizumi they are paid to do a course. I doubt that they are paid to look for questions 9 months after they did the work. How would you like it if an employer that you left asked if they could send you questions for ever more?
