Bootstrap modal resizing

This is front end oriented.

But I have a bootstrap modal that opens up on top of another modal. When I close the top modal the one behind it resizes to a smaller width.

I need the width to remain the same. Is there any CSS I can apply to my bootstrap modal to do this?

I was experimenting with overflow, width and max-width.
