Assign variables and signature to PDF (embed)

Hi all,

Hope everyone is having a good start to the new working week :)

I have a couple of things I want to get suggestions and opinions on.

Firstly, I have a PDF embedded within a page and I want the user to be able to click a button to add their signature to the PDF.

The PDF looks like, which you can see as a signature box.

The rest of the PDf would also need to be "editable" in a way that we can just drop variables within, then "pre-fill" different elements of the form. Those of you that know or have heard of DocuSign will know exactly what I am after.

So as I said any help/advice/suggestions, greatly appreciated.
