Amazon S3 - CURL Error 7 (can't connect)

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with Amazon S3 service. I can't connect to my bucket and i've tried everything but isn't working. I'm working at China with a private proxy (not shared) and *.amazonws.com is ignored (whitelist).

P.S.: With Cyberduck (FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, S3, Azure & OpenStack Swift browser) works fine and very fast.
