Setting up Staging and Production Environments w Forge

Hello,

I wasn't too clear on this. We have a BitBucket repository and would like to create a sub domain for our staging environment for development. So staging.mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com for production. Can we do something like this with Forge? Would it be best then, to just create two different sites and set each site to the different branches on BitBucket? Is there another or easier way of doing this?
