Provisioning issue with AWS

Today (20th) from the morning I am trying to provision some servers with AWS. Here what is happening.

• Provisioning works well
• Instance is created on AWS side
• After some time I do not see the newly created server in my server list of Forge dashboard. ( But in AWS I can see the server)
• Nothing I can see in the event log.

Any idea why this is happening?

Edit: I have the 15USD plan (Subscribed on early 2017)
