Level 55
I've just added my name to the providers under **Digital Ocean 2.0** within my account settings and now it shows up. Is that what was necessary?

No Digital Ocean 2.0 option, just Custom VPS
I've deleted my previous server and set up a new droplet through DO so that I can provision a new server with PHP7. I don't have any servers set up through Forge now, yet I don't see the **Digital Ocean 2.0** option, just the Custom VPS option.

Yes of course you have to add your DO credentials. If you are already logged in on DO it works all automaticly. The same for Linode.
The custom vps is always there because you dont have to setup any api keys.

I never remember doing that last year, and secondly, I would have already been logged in to DO from before so it's strange it didn't pick it up.

I vaguely recall seeing Taylor mention on Twitter somewhere that you have to add 2.0 credentials in order for it to work.
Level 30
Because you deleted your old server and forge now uses the DO 2.0 API you have to add the new DO 2.0 credentials.
