Need LetsEncrypt with TLSv1 only

Hi everyone, I have a Laravel forge server and for one specific site (with a letsencrypt ssl enabled ) I need to use only the TLSv1 protocol, disabling all other versions (TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2)... I know this is a not secure setup but thats the way I need it for a local specific service here in Peru, I already edited the obvious files where ssl_protocols are defined but I still get the 3 tls versions enabled... hope you can help me... greetings from Lima - Peru!
