Finally, I fixed it. It was because the repository moved to n organization and I needed to give forge access. https://forge.laravel.com/docs/1.0/accounts/cookbook.html#forge-is-unable-to-access-git-repository

Laravel Forge touch: cannot touch '/lib/fpmlock': Permission denied
Hi everybody, I am getting this error on Laravel Forge "touch: cannot touch '/lib/fpmlock': Permission denied"
I checked the SSH key OK on both folders /home/forge/.ssh/authorized_keys file and /root/.ssh/authorized_keys.
I checked the server connection from the dashboard also OK.
My server is on Digitalocean and I have 2 websites hosted on it. And I have same message on both when trying to deploy from Github.
Any idea on how to solve this issue

Same here. For me it was starting after adding a new site domain. Site works great but deploying stops.
