How to enable TLS on digital ocean LEMP server for laravel

Check that openSSL is enabled in your php.ini file ( stick phpinfo(); into your routes.php)

Im still having the same issue. Can anyone help ?
I finally used gmail, and it works fine. SMTP for Exchange365 doesn't work.
