I have a subscription to Forge and have 2 issues I cannot deal with.
I'm trying to get support from the Forge team, but I don't know how to reach it. On their Terms of Service page, it is said: "Laravel Forge, provides technical support to our subscribers via our e-mail support system." But there is no link to this e-mail support system anywhere.
I've found old posts on Google saying that it is possible to use this form: https://forge.besnappy.com/contact. I have sent a message, did not received any confirmation.
I also went to the Discord channel, but did not get any answer.
I really have the impression that there is not a real support system, which is crazy for a paid service.
Does anyone know how to reach the Forge support system ?
I don't think it says 24/7 support available anywhere. However there is a button in the forge admin panel bottom right corner, which you can click and check if your question has been already answered: https://imgur.com/5LAAxdr
One of my issue is that I'm logged out with 2FA enabled, and as I changed my phone recently, I have lost the Forge setup in my Google Authenticator app (I also lost the 2FA recovery codes). I need to ask support to disable 2FA on my account so I can login again. As I'm logged out I'm unable to see the button you refer to.
@superfive33 oh, sorry to hear that. And you don't have the emails that they send when you provision the server I guess.. Here is one of the emails that I have received support from [email protected]. Hope you solve your issue soon.
I do have the emails, containing the "Your Laravel Forge server has been provisioned!" welcome message with the IP address and ssh credentials. But my issue is that I cannot login to the admin panel.
@superfive33 I understand your issue, was thinking on sending an email to that email address, but I guess that will not be one that someone can respond to your issue, so just use the one I shared above: [email protected]
