Forge: silently failing to create Mysql databases and/or users

Hi there,

I've been using forge for all our clients/myself. Pretty much in love with it.

But when it comes to be in contact with the support it's another matter...

Would be idea to have either a phone number or live chat at least, is frustrating and painful to go through that little helpdesk bubble that doesn't even give you a confirmation or email trail to refer to...

Anyways back to my problem:

It seems Forge silently fails to create both mysql databases and users.

I double checked that ssh'ing into the console and showing what databases / users my instance had and even if they were mentioned in the UI of laravel forge in reality they are not there...to confirm that the system recent log shows that sudo can't access as it is denied.

In this case my instance is a free new AWS server with the most basic setup.

I have both tried to connect manually with both command line and sequel pro.

Just after creating the databases and users (with grants) myself it worked.

Would be more than helpful to get the automated UI creation back in track...

Any help from a technical support would be greatly appreciated...
