It's probably temporary. SSH into the server and see if you can ping github.com? Do you get a response with their IP?

Forge deployment issue
I was just trying to release a small update to my production site form forge and received the following error. I'm assuming that this is a temporary Forge issue?
Thu Feb 21 17:42:43 UTC 2019 ssh: Could not resolve hostname github.com: Temporary failure in name resolution fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

I just tried a release now and it worked as expected.
