Deployment of yii2 advanced template

Hi, although I know that this is a laravel forum, Laravel Forge and also Envoyer states that you can deploy any php app onto it. I created a server with Laravel Forge on digitalOcean and could manage to deploy a yii2 basic template, but not a yii2 advanced template. Is there anybody around who has done this and who has a valid nginx configuration file? Many thanks for your precious help, Oliver
