Custom VPS

I started using forge + digital ocean and it works fine. The problem is that Digital Ocean has no french server localization, and for SEO purposes, i need a french server near my enterprise. I have a VPS hosted by "i-dont-know-if-i-can-tell-it", with CENTOS for server management and WHM. I asked them to change for Ubuntu 14.04 x64 with a root user.

Am i on the right path ? Or should i change for AWS who has french server's localization ?
