Could not Find Driver: Sites No Longer Connect to Database

Posted 8 months ago by sqharriger

I have three servers set up using forge at different times. All of my sites on the oldest server are having trouble connecting to the database while the other two are fine. I haven't done anything recently on this server or any of the sites so I'm not sure what could have changed. I have the environment variable set to mysql and the config file also has mysql as a default driver.

Here's the error:

PDOException in Connector.php line 119: could not find driver in Connector.php line 119 at PDO->__construct('mysql:host=localhost;port=3306;dbname=n*****', 'forge', '', array('0', '2', '0', false, false)) in Connector.php line 119 at Connector->createPdoConnection('mysql:host=localhost;port=3306;dbname=n', 'forge', '************', array('0', '2', '0', false, false)) in Connector.php line 56
