Migrating from Nova to Filament

Has anyone taken the plunge in migrating away from Nova? What solution did you land on? Our team have used Nova since its inception but lately we are finding it is getting more and more in our way instead of making things easier. With the upgrade to v4 half of the extensions we used no longer work, and we had to rewrite a bunch of our custom tools. The documentation isn't very good and it is very opinionated. We need to create a bunch of new admin flows and I'm dreading doing it in Nova https://showbox.bio/ .

I have been looking into alternatives and Filament looks amazing for our use case, and its open source! All we need a cruddy panel for our resources, with a bunch of forms for custom actions / flows, and the ability to make "reports" page to dive into user data.

How was the migration process? Would you recommend it?
