Error creating directory

Hello, I tried to do my first deployment, the server connected fine but I got this :

stdin: is not a tty
Creating deployment path directory.
No current symlink detected. Removing any existing current directory.
~/public_html/22ae17e8d929dd345accc3c69137a2cdc4be0dc1: No such file or directory

I followed the tutorial but I'm not using Forge. My server is CentOS with cPanel.

Do you have any idea where this could come from ?

I should mention that I've been using dploy.io for ages and it's working fine.
